If you have ever done any public speaking before, you are very familiar with the butterflies you get in your stomach due to nervousness. There are a few things you can do to help quell the butterflies.
Preparation ahead of time.
- Review, review, review until you can rehearse your talk without reading your notes word for word.
- If you feel comfortable, try practicing in front of a mirror or record yourself.
- Don't wait until the last minute to prepare.
Use stress relieving supplements or homeopathy

on a cloth hankie that you can put up to your nose and inhale the essence.
